The diet week 4 and onwards

The diet you eat in the beginning will not be the same as the one you will eat long term. The more experienced you become the more you will be able to optimize your diet and strive to reach certain goals. On such goal could be to eat more mono meals. In this lesson you will get an idea of how various cleanses and diet gears can help you speed up or slow down your health and healing process.
