How to eat cooked vegan
There are many ways to eat a vegan diet but there is only one that can work well with a fruit based diet. In this lesson you will learn exactly what kind of vegan diet you should eat. This diet will be the basis for the transitioning period and it will also be your fall back diet if you can’t or won’t eat 100% raw. You are welcome to ease into the diet by eating cooked vegan during the preparation week if you like but ‘officially’ you start with the diet changes in week one.
