What to eat week 3
In week three you have two options. You can either continue with the week 2 meal plan for one more week or you can go 100% raw and follow the instructions for week 3. This lesson is about going fully raw and you will learn what to eat if you eat all of your meals from raw fruits and vegetables. You will also get a one-week full meal plan including recipes and tips.
