How to get more energy and be less tired

How do you get more energy naturally?

Do you feel really tired and wished you had more energy?

My own energy also went down over the years 10 years ago and at the end I was so tired that I just wanted to lay in bed all the time. It was really tough and I didn’t know what to do.

Nobody could tell me how to increase my energy and it was only when I changed my diet, that I suddenly got a huge energy boost.

Ever since then my energy has just increased year by year and today I can do whatever I feel like. Even go for a run.
